REALTORS® Community Foundation: 2025-2028 Strategic Planning
The Edmonton REALTORS’ Charitable Foundation, operating as the REALTORS® Community Foundation, brings together real estate professionals and partners from across the greater Edmonton area to create lasting, positive change. Edmonton-area REALTORS® established the Foundation in 1986 as a way to give back and make a bigger impact in our communities—together. Nearly 40 years later, we have continued to grow this legacy, supporting housing and community initiatives year-round through funding, volunteering, and various partnerships.
Our Strategic Plan serves as our roadmap, outlining our vision, mission, strategic focus areas, and expected outcomes. Our Board of Governors develops a new Strategic Plan every three to five years to ensure it accurately represents the Foundation, sets the stage for growth and, most importantly, allows us to best meet the needs of the communities we serve. With our previous Strategic Plan coming to an end, and a new Executive Director in place, we are seeking support from the Alberta Real Estate Foundation as we set a strong direction with our new Strategic Plan. Funding would cover costs associated with preparatory discussions and documentation, a two-day planning session with our Board of Governors, and the final development of our new Strategic Plan and supplementary Operational Plan.
