Critical Repair Program Launch

Website

Habitat for Humanity Red Deer is launching a program for any low-income individual or family who needs repairs or modifications to their current home that they are unable to afford. The repair must be necessary to make the home livable (ex. mold remediation or structural repair) or accessible for their needs (ex. wheelchair ramp or barrier-free bathroom).

Repairs will be completed by Habitat Red Deer (with our construction supervisor and volunteers) and we will collaborate with local trades to purchase materials and assist with repairs as needed.

Funding from the Foundation supports the dissemination of information and education component of this project.
